Phillip C. Culver, Chief Executive Officer, Founding Partner
 

Phillip C. Culver, founded TPO Management LLC in 2005.  Mr. Culver did not incorporate the firm until 2017 after several years of providing the core services without a branded name.   Mr. Culver has extensive experience spanning over a 20+ year artist, operations and administration management career overseeing a wide variety of client services.  In addition to TPO Management, Mr. Culver professional career has landed him with prominent fortune 500 companies, foreign governments, big four accounting firm and global organizations. 

Educated in the Lawrence School District he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Pace University, New York, NY. He is a fully minted recipient of an Executive Master of Business Administration from Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY. As well as a conferred Doctor of Divinity from Dominion Theological Seminary, Brooklyn, NY. Currently he is pursing his Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Management – Leadership from the School of Business at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA.

Janay Virella, Content Media & Administration Director 
 

Janay Virella, has over 20 years administration and business experience. Ms. Virella has supported several prominent Chief Executive Officers throughout her career. Ms. Virella has two years’ experience in production, studio and facilities management; she has also served as a stylist for on air talent. With her endless passion for strategizing and proven history of success in growing social audiences, optimizing content and ideating Ms. Virella is engaged in TPO’s Social Media Platforms. Artist development, image consulting and branding is done in collaboration with the artist, Ms. Virella will develop goals for the artists career and a plan of executing said goals. Ms. Virella’ s  deep understanding of the current Hip-Hop and R&B landscape, combined with her ability to speak to a wide variety of genres is an advantageous quality in developing strong relationships across the industry. In Addition, Ms. Virella is responsible for ensuring that TPO’s office is running smoothly.

Geoffry McNish,  Operations & Strategy Director 
 

Geoffry McNish boasts a decade of professional expertise in Business Administration and Management. Mr. McNish completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from the New York City College of Technology. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Organizational Management from Mercy University. With a keen eye for strategic planning, operational management, and leadership, Mr. McNish has excelled in optimizing business operations and driving organizational success. His analytical prowess and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in collaborating with numerous businesses to capitalize on their strengths. Mr. McNish's passion for business optimization fuels his enthusiasm for leveraging his expertise to foster innovation and streamline processes while helping to attain business objectives.
