• Executing projects that will properly be planned, implemented with proper follow-up and aim to remain at or below budget cost. 

• Effective church management allows for this 501(c)3 non-profit to operate.  Allowing for all aspects of ministry to have healthy communication and dialogue to advance to overall mission of the church and vision of the leadership.
